We are convinced that the widespread notion of fixed prostheses being the only and true prostheses, is completely wrong. A properly designed and ambitiously elaborated removable prostheses can be beautiful and mean perfect prosthetic rehabilitation. These prostheses can be personalised, just like their fixed counterparts. We have been making removable and combined prostheses, thus, we have abundant experience on this field as well. It is a remarkable advantage that in case of a heavy law atrophy better results can be achieved with removable prostheses than with fixed ones.

Combined prostheses:

Our laboratory uses several high quality brands (Ceka, Bredent etc.) and - if necessary complemented with interlocks and milled shoulder - create combined prostheses. We use the composite-ceramic grinding materials of the Gradia-GC company to cover fixed parts - by creating the best harmony with the acryl prostheses of the removable part.

Telescopic prostheses:

Removable prostheses, which have already become popular in Western Europe, are becoming more and more popular in Hungary. Primary and secondary crowns could be made of non-precious metal, however, the application of precious metals provides a better friction, thus, their use is advised. Their only disadvantage is the high cost. When applying galvanise technology - both primary and secondary crowns can be made with this methods - a very high precision accuracy can be achieved, improving the friction. The works made with this method can be telescopic bridges and base plate prostheses as well.

Our laboratory makes different fixed and removable prostheses for UniplantR, DenTiR, Oraltronics - PITT-EASYR, Bego - SemadosR, Altatech - CamlogR, DeguDent - AnkylosR implants.
With the base plate being of acryl, which can also be made of allergy free materials. We have a wide range of dental prostheses, from simple to the most premium ones. In our laboratory we have the means for using customised china teeth and fully customised base plates, meeting the highest demands. All these can of course be implemented based on individual articulation.

Full prostheses

Statistics showing that the number of people wearing a full prostheses is, parallel to an increase of the average life expectancy, on the rise, draw the attention to the importance of taking care of toothless patients.
Considering recent dental trends it may be surprising that the full plate prostheses can be the perfect solution for both preventive and rehabilitation aspects. It is true that this requires serious medical and dental efforts, as well as getting rid of stereotype solutions. Properly crafted prostheses do not only give back the ability to chew, but the facial characteristics. Teeth influence human facial expressions, which are only nice and if they are harmonic, and this is defined by our teeth.
The added value of facial shape assisted bite registration and the customised value articulation appears in the aesthetics as the individual setting of premium dental prostheses (Integral - Merz dental, Ghenios - Dentsply) and the anatomical set up of the base plate matching the colour of the gum (Merz dental) - with a little artistic extra.
